“How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!” (Psalms 139:17)

God knows everything. This is disturbing to sinners, but should be a comfort to saints. Christ knows everything you do in real time. Everything you see and hear, everything you think and feel, God knows. Do you welcome God into every area of your life, or are there restricted areas labelled NO ADMITTANCE.

“Woe to those who seek deep to hide their counsel far from the Lord, And their works are in the dark” (Isaiah 29:15). “They say, ‘The Lord does not see’ ... He who formed the eye, shall He not see?” (Psalms 94:7-9).

You should be concerned with what God thinks. “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done, and there is no partiality” (Colossians 3:23-25).

If you’re saved, get off the fence. Obey Christ in all things. Find a church that serves Christ without reservation or compromise. ‘This is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” (1 John 5:3-5).
